Third-party CNC grinding
CNC Grinding allows us to achieve ideal shapesand high-quality surface finishes
What is CNC grinding and what is it used for?
Grinding is a machining process that uses a high-speed rotating abrasive wheel to remove material from a workpiece with precision.
This process is primarily used for finishing surfaces, achieving tighter tolerances, and reducing surface roughness. It is also employed for material removal during machining, ensuring high accuracy and a smooth finish.
Precision with CNC Grinding Machines for Custom Designs
Grinding is performed after roughing processes to shape the workpiece, refine its surface, and achieve the required finish. This process also allows us to create planar surfaces, shoulders, and flutes in line with our customers’ designs.
Our machine fleet includes two CNC grinding machines and a manual machine for special cases. With these advanced technologies, we provide high-quality services to deliver a complete manufacturing process, whether for single pieces or prototypes.
Within the range of third-party CNC machining services we offer, we also specialize in CNC milling and CNC turning.
