One of the technology’s main features is the ability of working perfectly with every kind of metal: cooper, brass, aluminium, steel, tungsten carbide, black lead and other tempered and conductor materials, as graphite.
The Wire EDM is now essential for the production of blanking stamps for thermoforming , food industry stamps, extrusion and drawing. For the blanking we build punches-cases, punches, sheet presses and matrices.
For the same sector we produce pre-series for parts that you want to test before building the stamp. For the plastic stamps we realize stamp closure profiles, trolleys’ platforms, copper electrodes used for the plunge EDM.
Its use is increasing also in the general precision mechanic sector
